How long has Global Foundries new FishKill FAB been under contruction and when will it be finished? Will it ever be capable of 14nm production? This will be Intel's second FAB capable of 14 nm output (but the first on a commercial scale). Has Global Foundries even completed the 2nd Dresden FAB and overhaul of the first yet?
