To coffee. i had two 4 ounce cups in two days. If i do it a third day, i will likely break out with a skin rash.

i am sensitive to caffeine from all sources including from Tea. No tea on Monday or any for a few days prior to leaving. One cup on Tuesday. 3 cups on Wednesday, and 1/2 cup of coffee. The other 1/2 cup of coffee today and 5 cups of tea.

Do you see the progression? ....

i'll probably drink 1 cup of tea in the morning and then i will really cut it back - just enough to keep the headaches from coming. If you drink just one cup of coffee every day, your brain actually adapts and changes in response to the drug. Caffeine constricts blood flow to the brain (which i can counteract somewhat with Ginko Biloba extract). And if caffeine constricts blood flow to the brain as a daily occurance, stopping the caffeine brings the rush of blood that gives the headaches that most people experience when they don't get their daily fix.

i know caffeine very well. i used to be addicted to it when i was in my 20s - i drank maybe 10 cups of strong coffee each day
:)

Interesting!

Well, i basically got sick after the GTC. i guess too much sugary foods and caffeine and i ended up with a stomach flu and a headache that lasted until yesterday afternoon. i am making progress now (after basically doing little more than an outline of it) with the GTC wrap up (it's going to be long :P ) and should have it done this weekend. Also setting up my IB PC in a new case and with a new MB .. so lots of benching

ANYWAY, real progress. We made contact with PNY at the GTC and we will be getting their new releases as well as HW to review. They feature the GeForce series as well as SSDs and some mobile products
:yahoo:

Lots of good things coming from ABT!!
