And go for more memory over higher clocked memory; 8GB is better than 4GB (though it makes very little difference to gaming; it is important for some apps with a 64-bit OS)
Contrary to what David says, CPU speed is far more important than memory speeds. Actually I'm kinda weary of 64bit OS (have yet to across a stable one) but I was thinking might as well go all out in terms of performance. What you recommend I stick to 32bit?

Please forget 32-bit When your HW is all brand new, you will not have any stability issues. In fact, 64-bit will give you definite performance advantages in everything over 32-bit (if the app is optimized for it, including games). And you will be able to get full use of your System RAM. You are just "wasting' RAM over 3.5 GB or so in a 32-bit OS as it cannot utilize anything more than that.

Someone also mentioned that it could have been due to dated hardware why I was having issues with 64bit and yeah I know of the memory limitations I just preferred my 3.2-3.5 gigs of stability versus 4-32 gig of un needed drama.

Yeah I thought so I saw the HDMI. But what is it for, the mobo doesn't have an on board video?

When you can get 1x4GB of capable DDR3 for $30 shipped, i'd recommend that you *don't skimp* on RAM (Do you have a USA shipping address?) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820231313(use promo code EMCKCKC23 to get it for $30 shipped) Your SB CPU will have the usual crap DX10 mostly-useless-Integrated- Gar- "graphics" - with the novelty that it is "built in" to the CPU. It's advantage for enthusiasts is that it can help troubleshoot graphics. And although it is 2x more powerful than Intel's last gen, it struggles in light gaming and even has issues with BluRay playback needing that more powerful CPU. Sandy Bridges' impact so far on graphics >>> sales of (nasty entry-level) discreet cards have plummeted ... in China
