First charge took me 3-1/2 minutes; they say, up to 5 minutes. It's a wireless mouse that uses a capacitor for a superfast charge.

When the charge weakens after 4 hours, you plug it in with a USB cable and you are back with a full charge within 3 minutes. $36 at Amazon

i took pics but i will upload them for the evaluation. i HATE leaving my PC and going to find batteries for my rechargeable wireless mouse. However, i don't know what it will be like to stop every 4 hours and plug my mouse into my PC for 3 minutes nor what i will do while i wait (usually it takes me longer than 3 minutes to find fully charged batteries as replacement).
(i always keep a second mouse around for this purpose)

we'll see - wait for the evaluation after i use it awhile. It seems a bit big but then i am used to a more compact mouse. Feels good.

It is supposed to even work on carpet. :P

No mirrors however. i am just getting used to it. The feel is OK. The idea is great. If the charge lasted 3 day, it would be awesome.

It's going to be my suggestion to make a smaller version. It's right handed also so lefties need not apply.

6-1/2 hours of use and you can use it while it is plugged in and charging .. so no downtime waiting
-recharge took 3-1/2 minutes again
:good:

Cute. But I've never liked wireless keyboards and mice. They always seem to have a weak signal or low battery right when you want to use them. not to mention wireless mice feel laggy to me in games.

That is the point of this one. When the battery capacitor gets weak, you immediately plug it into USB and keep on working. After 3 minutes of charging you unplug, and you are good to go for another 6 hours of use

Clever

almost ... no, it really is .... Genius

It's the mouse not getting a decent signal (even if you sit the bloody thing on top of its receiver thingy) that irks me the most. Thats why I stick with a corded mouse.
