I-Inc 28" LCD Monitor

Okay there is a 28" Monitor for sale on Tigerdirect but the price of $330 seems too good to be true and I don't recognize the brand its an I-Inc is anyone familiar with that brand and it track record what could be the possible factors for a 28" monitor being sold for that price when I have seen brands that I trust selling 24" with in that same price range

I got my Dad an I-Inc 19" over the Holiday. Seems like a good monitor. He likes it so far.
