Our Windows 7 client seems to have some syncing issues with roaming profiles on the Windows 2003 server. Every computer in the office is running Windows XP even when new machine were ordered and they were coming with Vista it was requested that they be downgraded to Windows XP (beauty of dell customization) the issue is there is a new machine in the office a desktop which was purchased locally and therefore had little to no choice in its customization since it was already bought and located here.

It is a HP desktop (I don't think that matters but just stating all the facts) running Windows 7 Professional whatever delegation that needs to take place takes place on the level that it allows the machine to connect to the domain, it loads all the custom network/mapped drives, I'm able to browse the server but the synchronization that should occur during log in and log off does not occur so its not saving the changes from the Desktop or from My Documents.
