Sure there is; do a "restore" :P

Why are you downloading from EVGA?

Just d/l 195.62 - the older drivers - from Nvidia's site

What driver did you have before you upgraded?

i guess my question is, are they Nvidia's WHQL drivers or EVGA's "enhanced" drivers which support their *own* overclocking CP and their own tools?

it could be... lol... but i dunno i just found it odd that the shader and the core clock could unlink and cease to overclock.... well yea i think evga drivers are bit tweaked for their cards.

Well, if you are using EVGA's tool and the Nvidia WHQL drivers don't support it, that will happen.
- there are other overclocking tools you could use, like RivaTuner that also need to be updated regularly - or you could just wait for EVGA's latest driver - or just do basic overclocking in the Nvidia CP with the WHQL drivers.

i would say if you have no issues with the games you are playing, use EVGA's latest.

yea... i think i'll do that. was contemplating that but rivatuner wasnt working either... oddly lol... so it's eihter the drivers were incompatible for the card or it was just me...but still no issues are noticed with the card in games anyways... the only problem was that the monitor i'm using is kinda dying... i need some money to get a new one lol.... was shooting for a 24 inch HD dell

At least it gives you warning to save up for its replacement :P
- i still have a 19" CRT that is hanging in - the power button doesn't work, so i turn it on and off using a power strip
