You wouldnt believe the muppets over at AT and the graph....seems some are too dumb to read the 80% Y axis start and bleat on about the graph showing twice the performance.....LMAO....I couldnt make them understand a reference chart to save myself!.....

They understand completely. Their agenda is to derail the topic.

There is nothing wrong with the chart. These muppets as a gang want other posters to believe that people are much stupider than they are and that they will be "fooled" somehow by Nvidia's clever marketing.

Of course, these same puppets muppets, will defend AMD to the death when AMD PR exaggerates transistor counts on their HW by a ridiculous amount. What they do has nothing to do with the graph, only that it is Nvidia's graph. And what they specialize in is derailing and thread crapping. They simply don't want people to see that the 680M is faster than AMD's best.

Mark with all due respect to NV that chart is BS.If something is 30% faster the graphs shouldn't look twice as big.It is created by some image editing software not by excel. This is marketing at its silliest.

But it is not dishonest and it is universally practiced

The purpose of the chart is to emphasize these words
---UP TO 30% FASTER

i won't ask for one. i have too big of a backlog and the Max Payne 3 Detour cost about 3-4 days.

There is too much to cover right now. And Mario will be helping me with some desktop reviews. He just got a nice desktop.

As far as the chart goes, it is a PR chart :P
- change the colors and the logos and it could be Intel, AMD or Nvidia's chart. i think they all went to the same "PR school"
:tease:

It is intended to make Nvidia's product look as good as possible. However, looking at the chart, the viewer still comes away with "10 to 30 percent" faster in selected games (in best case scenarios).

It's Excel

You can specify the axis wherever you want. And sometimes the default is not zero
