That is neat looking but I don't think I can get over the black bars. I'd rather just have one big 16:9 screen.



It does look cool, though. I wish I had a friend who had that setup. :)

The people who have eyefinity claim that you don't notice the bars

and there is a new monitor from Samsung with a smaller bezel - this is gonna be in my CES Wrap-Up i am working on now

I have no personal interest in eyefinity or similar, I'm quite happy with one 30" monitor, the only thing I'd change it for is a 40" or 55" inh monitor (at the same max resolution of 2560x1600 or better).

nvidia mentioned to a few of the guys who did the fermi previews that an eyefinity equivalent was on its way with fermi and GT200 was also capable (they have had the basic functionality for years as "Quadro Plex" in the professional market).

I guess GT200 users will need to wait for fermi's launch before they can use the feature.

dudes... i updated my 9800GTX+ with this driver, and lost all ability to oc my card.... no control over the shader clock... when i set the controls that can be set it just resets to default... btw i'm using evga precision oc tool... any suggestions

Yes, roll back the driver to the last known one that lets you overclock.

i haven't got to test 196.21 yet.

...tried that... no driver to revert too... oddly... now i'm re-downloading the suggested drivers from evga... i'll let u know what happens if it works out..
