Apparently one of the better PC optimization product, and you can't beat free! Only for the next 2 days though, so get it while it lasts! Worst thing that could happen is you have to uninstall it later :P.

Nice find Derek. Thanks.

I have a question though. Do you use this yourself?
I usually leave the OS to do the defragging and stuff to not mess with the way it was meant to function. However, this looks really great for FREE!!
I think I might very well try it out. :)

I am now, just put it on. Not sure how much it'll speed things up, but as long as I don't have random "registry repair" programs now! :P

(thy)

Of course i d/l'ed it and the license

i also have the same question .. how good is this product?
- i haven't really found any good optimization products for Vista nor Win 7 yet. The older OSes really could use these kinds of products

I don't like using these kind of products. CCleaner and revouninstaller is enough for me.

Well I got a license and installed it and I'm using it now.
Let's see what happens over the next few days.

Clicking through the program, there are some neat features (some that may not really be missed if you didn't have them, but!) like "Cloned files finder", "Shortcut fixer", "Windows manager" (Which lets you see processes, open connection ports, services running, etc.), and a few other nifty things (Biggest files finder!).

It isn't something I'd spend a lot of money on, but something I'll probably keep for a while. :P

It does seem rather useful; especially since you're getting the PRO version for FREE!! :P

I'm like MrK. I don't use this sort of thing, only CCleaner, and I've never defragged a HDD since DOS 6.x days either. The OS/HDD knows what it is doing and doesn't need my help. (if you feel compelled to defrag, try copying the drive data elsewhere, quick formatting and copying the data back instead - just as effective).

I've used the free version of this program since it appeared in the top 20 of Download.com

Be interesting what difference there may be using the Pro version.
