PlayPad, a new video game controller for Android devices made by NVIDIA and Nyko

"NVIDIA together with Nyko have announced that they are working together on a new gaming controller for Android-based devices. There will be two devices released, the normal version called "PlayPad", and a larger version dubbed "PlayPad Pro", both controllers will arrive in fall 2012."
