So where is the outcry dave? - ocre - 11-22-2016 In 24hrs we have had 4 cop ambushes in central usa with some proving deadly. Go back a couple days and add up one here and one there as the total grows. These are not cops in gun battles with innocent criminals who have illegal possession of illegal guns, these are cops just doing their job. Cops not engaging anyone in a showdown. Just doing their jobs and being assassinated in the process. Where is you post on these cases? Every controversial case with a cop who ends up shooting a black man, you post. Videos of a man raging with a 12inch knife, marching down the street right in the direction cops have blocked off.. This guy acting totally crazy, in the middle of the street with a knife and you act like the cops where so out of line because they took him down.. The many other cases where someone was killed by a cop, not that they are all completely justified, not that their was mistakes...But these cases are cops who were trying to do their job. There was tragic stories but there also were really skewed and warped crap being spoonfed to the nation..The media running away with stories that they havent spent one second to vet. Completely one sided stories painting criminals as some innocent black man who cops blasted away for no other reason other than they were black. And then, facts come out: felon with a gun, suspect leaving a robbery, etc. But, the story would run for days without any mention of those all important facts..from the officer's perspective. But here we have, without any way to argue, true gunning down of people at work..just doing their job and completely innocent when they are gunned down. Where is your out cry? Dave, you didn't see the democrats taking advantage of race relations deteriorating. The fear that Hillary couldn't bring in the black vote in numbers anything like obama did. That their plan was to bring in the obama coalition, the obama voters. ..the obama strategy and path. Hillary's plan to win office, fly in on the obama voters. The problem is that she did not inspire the same way. There was an obvious lack of enthusiasm. And this is why they went so hard in their playing of the race card. This is why they had black life's matter on the stage at their dnc convention moments after this same group was telling all white people to get in the back, all white media, get in the back. Days before, this group was chanting "what do we want, dead cops. When? Now", "pigs in a blanket, fry them like bacon". Which as shocking as it is to see clinton having this group who chants and says such things, we also just had a major ambush where so many cops were gunned down s in texas and other places.. Yet, the dnc...clinton..They were all more than happy to try to capitalize..and it is sickening. They capitalized for no other reason than votes. This was an opportunity to get motivated black votes...I honestly can't believe I am saying this, but I cant help but feel this. And its a terrible, horrible feeling. The race relations, at the end of obamas second term, are worse than they have been since I can remember. And, I believe that this was an instrument being used by the democrats to try to win office. Its hard to deny that the democrats had at the very least, put effort in getting political brownie points around these issues. So, if it's too much to see the hands pushing our relations to the brink in an effort to energize ultimately in hopes for votes...if you cant take it that far, you must realize that the fact they did use this for political gain. And so the interest would not be to calm..quite the opposite . Its sickening. During a black mans presidency, that relations deteriorate and we fall to an all time low. That the dnc put effort in capitalizing on this instead of trying to calm and bring peace. All this while their campaign goes hyper drive on claims of racism in this election. If you dont think their is a direct connection between the media and the democrats campaign strategy, thats fine. But I find it a shame the way the media ran the later police shootings, using cell phone footage and putting it on air without anyone checking or looking at the circumstance or talking to the police. I mean, the camera and media conveniently leaving out these facts: felon with gun, suspect in robbery with gun, cops being called for a man pulling a gun out and then the man resist and fights cops all while toting a gun in his pocket, that these were people with illegal possession of illegal guns who defy police commands even when cops have guns pointed on them.. They defied law enforcement who had their weapons drawn, these guns were drawn because they were suspects that the cops seen as a threat because of their illegal gun and lack of cooperation. I mean, what do you think when u have a person who is known to have a gun and simply will not listen to orders. You surely must understand that this is not normal behavior, that this is a threat. If not the cop, the threat to others. You cant have people with illegal possession of guns completely defying direct orders such as: "stop", "put your hands up". I mean, thats not profiling. There is nothing confusing or complicated. Yet the media ran off with several cases, clearly with intent to jumble these up to push a narrative that white cops kill innocent black people just for being black. I am not saying that cops are always innocent, that's not even what matters. Its that we were already in an unsteady place and the media should make completely sure before they run stories like that, if for no other reason, the population was uneasy and why the hell rock or tip the boat over without even knowing any of the facts. That's truly irresponsible. Whatever you bought into or believe, its a terrible shame that cops are being ambushed while doing nothing wrong. That some of the big stories that ran were warped insanely because of all the facts not being there. That some are so obvious and clear cut but the media unfolded the story in such a different way. That if you just look at the facts, it doesn't resemble the story they first told. This situation has be instigated and if thats hard to accept...look at the fact that democrats didnt take action to calm things, which makes then responsible for the conditions we deteriorated to. I mean, I read articles that claim that the electoral collage is white supremacy in action. The racist whites put trump in office... It was actually the black and Latino vote, trump got 2 and 3 times those votes than Romney. But we are fed a totally different and dangerous narrative. Its making things worse, that's what is instigating and hurting the nation RE: So where is the outcry dave? - dmcowen674 - 11-22-2016 It is very sad about the ambushed Police. Reflects the divide and insane level the Country has descended into. That has nothing to do with the bad apples that were and still on the job that should not be. You're part of the insane level this country has descended to. You always post isolated cop violence cherry picked problems, then say "This is all the time!" when in reality there are probably 100,000X the cops help black folks for every time they harm one. And you're always saying how we need a "revolution" and the heads of the rich will roll. You're just echoing what the media feeds you, but you're smart enough to know better.

Sadly it's a product of instigation and ultimately no one wins. Its completely unrealistic to even think of a revolt or revolution, we are living in the most overpopulated times. Times where not only 95% of the population lacks knowledge or the skill set to survive like primitive wild men but most importantly, there is simply not enough resources or land to sustain such a back slide with our civilization. It must be understood, our system is very unique in the efficiency in ability to sustain such a large massive population. That its entirely impossible without a stable population and stable government. As bad or as frustrated as anyone may be, its not a perfect system, but its with a doubt the most successful times for humans as far back as history shows. And it all is due to this system that some despise so much. Its strange that so many can only see the bad when there is this massive amount of success despite them. And its not possible in anarchy. A tragedy unlike anything known to man. More deaths than can be imagined if our system is pushed past the brink. And what for? The .00000001% of unfair deaths by police? The fact that some have more money than others? The fact that some dont have a million dollars too? I mean, come on!!! Its a time of great wealth for humans, great success. And much of the population has learned to be hateful instead of grateful. Its unbelievable to me. See, it wasn't too long ago that huge masses of humans would starve to death if there was a bad year for crops. Literally, you watch your family die after eating your dogs and horses, boiling wood in desperation, and whatever dies around you must to prolong the inevitable. But, no one thinks of how much or the many human struggles throughout history. Its just totally out of peoples mind. But its completely insane to dream of anarchy and destroying our system. Its really nuts. People in cities (which I was born to and used to be), they have no idea where food comes from. They have no idea the long struggle of populations throughout human history. There is no possible way of a pretty outcome in tearing down a system that everyone now is absolutely and entirely dependent on. It will massive destruction of our cities, buildings, and homes but thats not even joy here, the reward would be the population that all of a sudden needs to take food instead of buying it. The population that quits functioning as a unit. There will be no food when the stores are all looted. The shelves dont magically produce food. The result is not pretty. The rich wont pay, humanity will. Millions and millions will die. The system is the only thing that is supporting this huge population we have. And tear it down, the majority of the population goes with it. And the irony, it will be the most rich who get the heck out of this mess. They will not stick around when the population goes mad and self destructs. They will leave. And you must understand, there are plenty of places left that arent so detached from true suffering. Plenty of places that enjoy a system that is stable and keeps them alive. Dave, did your can get vandalized or stolen a while back? I remember you were upset over something like that. Well, in a revolution with the mass population of the usa today.... I mean, take a look a some riots. Watch some videos. Its the last thing a person should want. I mean, it is gonna be a blood bath. And, honestly...if this racism stuff keeps getting instigated and pushed, I wouldn't want to be a white person in a revolt in a major city... Cause, I truly dont believe in violence and would not want to be in a battle like that. But you have to understand, there wont be millions of people with you..there will be hundreds of clicks and groups fighting for dominance with ever decreasing resources. And most people will die. Everyone, wake the fuck up. Killing cops is an escalation... Its gonna make tensions far worse. If cops were trigger happy before, its now seriously at risk of being multiplied. This is not good. Its not great. Its a tragic path that we have to wake up from. Its not gonna take any of us to a better place. Our nation has had our hearts and minds poisoned, there just seems to be few understanding how serious and how bad a breakdown can truly be. No one wins. No one RE: So where is the outcry dave? - dmcowen674 - 11-24-2016 (11-24-2016, 01:20 PM)ocre Wrote: There has been increasingly disturbing number of cop assassinations across the nation. Yes, I have experienced more than my share of vandalism and theft over the years. How many people do you know that had their entire house and contents stolen and destroyed? Unfortunately man does not learn and actually incapable of learning and that is why history repeats itself and sadly has to repeat itself. That is the only way a sort of reset button is pushed. It is similar to when a forest burns, you get the new growth after the old growth is burned away. Horrible thought but it is the way it must be. I know you would like to think man is smarter than that but that is not the case. Even trees are smarter than mankind. RE: So where is the outcry dave? - ocre - 11-25-2016 I think thats ridiculous. Trees will grow anywhere they can take root. I have seen trees grow tall when their is no possible way they have rooted in a sustainable footing, they grow and grow until they fall over. Trees are no different than any other life on earth. They multiply as quickly and as much as possible, trees will block sun from other trees as they grow trying to get all the sun they possibly can. they also try to suck up every last drop of water, which kills trees and shrubs around them. Its strange how many people seem to be so confused. All life forms have in common, the drive to reproduce as much as possible. All life struggles to be superior, killing off competition around it. This is a given. Humans consciously try to fight our instincts, which is one of the major separations between us and the other life forms on earth. Tbe fact that we cant always be above it, that doesnt make use dumber than trees. And as far as being robbed, I know people who have been. As a matter of fact, I was robbed not to many years ago. And other than cloths, bed, and the couch...they got everything RE: So where is the outcry dave? - ocre - 11-25-2016 Tragic most was the pictures, which were lost forever. Thats the biggest loss for me RE: So where is the outcry dave? - dmcowen674 - 11-25-2016 (11-25-2016, 06:31 AM)ocre Wrote: Humans consciously try to fight our instincts, which is one of the major separations between us and the other life forms on earth. You have your finger on the reason for man's failing but refuse to accept it. Hmmmm Take off the Rose Colored Glasses RE: So where is the outcry dave? - ocre - 11-26-2016 Actually, we are at the height of our known existence. We are by far the most successful large mammal ever going back as far as we can, there is nothing close. Not even close. As much as you dis, its.far removed from reality. You are the one wearing glasses. Take somw timw and look at populations of large mammals throughout history. Humans completely overshadow everything. Its not even close. Like comparing a pebble to the earth. I am actually surprised you are so blind. Its not even debatable RE: So where is the outcry dave? - dmcowen674 - 11-26-2016 What? The only thing man is most successful in is destroying the planet. RE: So where is the outcry dave? - SickBeast - 11-27-2016 You guys are being really negative. My comments are neither negative or positive. Its just fact. As a species compared to others, which was a comparison which dave started. If you are talking about my prior long post, it was in regards to the idea that our system and government comes completely down in some major revolt or something. There are people who seem to be cheerleading this idea - not that dave is or anyone at the abt. But at times he does seem to float around the idea, like its something he sees coming in the near future. I dont think he is cheerleading...I sure hope not. But the way he does bring it up, so matter of fact like, so causal... I think people are so far removed from rational this day and age. Its baffling. But honestly, considering the conversation after dave said trees are smarter than humans today, the responses proceedings, I am pretty sure he is dug in all the way, completely immovable, wavering logic and rationality entirely. RE: So where is the outcry dave? - ocre - 11-27-2016 (11-26-2016, 11:13 PM)dmcowen674 Wrote: What? I certainly understand your desire to hold your ground, heck the idea has been planted and is constantly reinforced in major multi billion dollar political campaigns. Propaganda is effective, thats for sure. The planted seeds take root and then people build so much on top of it that it becomes so embedded that it's very difficult to see things in any other light. You should hear yourself. Read these post out loud, mine and yours. Because you really arent making sense. Its not debatable, simply facts. Sure, I have no problem saying that humans have an impact in the space they occupy. You know, you cant see that all life has an impact in the space it occupies. How does that equate to humans being dummies....it's beyond rationality. The space that all life forms, each living organisms exist in, it is part of a thing we call the environment. Every mammals, every bug, every living thing big or microscopic has an impact on the space it occupies. Humans are no different. Thats just a fact. Every species reproduces as much as it can and spreads as far as it can. Humans are the most successful animals as far as can be seen. Going back billions of years. Sorry bud, its just a fact. We have succeeded on the most grand scale. We are the most successful large mammal known. And perhaps you should rethink your ideas here. There was nothing dumb when the saber tooth went extinct. They were not dumber than trees. Its just a ridiculous claim...ridiculous way of thinking. And I am not trying to be mean or offend anyone. There are millions of trees that have gone extinct.. They used to live and the environment had changed and these trees could no longer survive. You seem to not realize that life has changed the earth dramatically, for the better with some species and to the detriment of others. The whole planet..its contaminated. Look at mars or Pluto. Life has completely transformed our planet to what we see...long before humans existed, life has totally and completely changed our planet. So, you see humans effect today and somehow thata bad...did not humans come from the same place as all other life here? Was it cool for the plants and trees to suck up all the CO2 and convert massive amounts of oxygen? You cool with that not humans are dumb cause we effect the world too. Who is to say that what we do is terrible? You? Liberals? Sure we can mess up the environment, but those environments were already completely infested with life already. Completely. Do you agree that nature is smart and that all the great wonderful life that has evolved is against all odds yet it's this beautiful and amazing force with seemingly super natural power? Well then, nature has made man. We are a product of our planet. And we are doing what we are designed to do. The traits evolved, we are a product of evolution. How do you know better? Why are you even here? ,why is man here? Perhaps there is a reason. And we are doing what our traits and genes have programmed us for. We are a product of our earth, of the life in our earth. What if, just for one second consider, perhaps you dont know why life is here or why man evolved. But if nature is so grand and smart that every other species is perfect, maybe man is not as terrible as you claim or as you think. Maybe, nature knows more than you...Just maybe. Its possibility. So is the idea that our purpose is to flourish so greatly and fully that we are supposed to take life onwards to other planets. Like the shrub that evolved to fruit, so seeds can and would be carried afar. Or the fungus that evolved shrooms, to spread spores across the world. Do you not see that nature has been phenomenal in the manifestation and evolution of life as we see it all around us. And, no matter how much you denounce us, We are products of nature. The same nature that seems to have known what it was doing in every other case. RE: So where is the outcry dave? - dmcowen674 - 11-27-2016 You have one thing right. The only way man will continue is to spread out amongst the stars because this planet will not last forever especially due to man's destruction. It would die naturally on it's own as all planetary systems do but man is accelerating it's demise. RE: So where is the outcry dave? - SickBeast - 11-29-2016 (11-27-2016, 02:35 PM)dmcowen674 Wrote: You have one thing right. We have nowhere else to go.
