You couldn't really expect them to use an AMD CPU.

The heat and power would be way outside the design constraints of a little box like that.

(not to mention the performance of the GPUs would be diminished by the feeble AMD CPUs)

They'd have to call it "Project Dusty Shelves" if they put a FX CPU in it, because that's where they would all live. Now they have a chance to be purchased at least.
