‘The guy was swinging to kill’: Contractor caught on camera attacking dogs with pipe wrench

Guy openly admitted he didn't knock on the door, and even said this:

If it were me, I'd go running after him with a pipe wrench of my own!

I wonder if they would let you post from prison?
Utility people need to be able to shut off for non payment, and defend themselves from dogs doing so.
This guy took it too far, but utility guys aren't "terrorists".
The article even said they don't have to come in your yard if you pay the bill, so if you don't steal service you'll never have them in your yard.

This guy with a wrench was clearly on the offensive, attacking the dogs. If he didn't want to attack the dogs, he'd be knocking on the door and asking the owner to refrain the dogs, lest he call the police to come and aid him in carrying out his own duty.
Me in prison, with witnesses, and him with no witnesses on his side? LOL, he could be attacking me personally in my own backyard, or even my children. Animal rights activists consider assault on dogs tantamount to assault on human beings... if he were assaulting your own children, you'd quickly get your gun and point it at him, right?
