FCC Has 'Productive' Neutrality Talks With T-Mobile, Comcast
The FCC says the agency has held "productive" talks with T-Mobile and Comcast regarding the companies' recent potential violations of net neutrality, but appears far from taking any substantive action against either company.
Comcast's been under fire for imposing usage caps then exempting its own content from them, while T-Mobile has been criticized for throttling all video services back to 1.5 Mbps downstream unless consumers specifically opt out.
