So Happy Medium, it looks to me like the DX12 market for development is where it's at for gaming.

Would you agree?

It seems that's where the moneys at, Android games are 1$ a dozen.

I think PC/xbone will eventually rule the world with universal direct X 12 apps/games and VR.

Nintendo will turn into a software company like Sega.

ps4/TV will be competing with the Nvidia shield soon. Smile

That's trolling at its finest.Smile

Their actions will speak louder than their words, as we will get more Batman: Arkham Knights, more GTA Vs getting sabotaged, more Need for Speeds getting their frame rates capped, more PES 2016s having inferior graphics to the console versions, more Black Ops IIIs being insanely unoptimized, and more The Divisions getting held back because of the consoles.

In short, I don't believe this survey.

Actually I think the opposite.
I think more games will be optimized for the PC because the consoles are too weak.
The longer the Xbone/PS4 are on the market the better chance we will get better graphics on PC.

I think this directly links to the upgraded Ps4/Xbone stories.
I also think within a years time VR will change everything.

PlayStation Vue is going to be a revolution in tv, in my opinion. The ONLY reason I'm not on it is my wife will apparently pay $100/mo to have the freedom to record a show and watch it 6 months later.

I don't think PS4 will be at Shield's "I heard about a guy who bought one" status, just their sales to date would prevent that, but I do think Sony is not going to enjoy the market leader position as the platform to develop for.

According to that chart, and various articles saying PC gaming has already overtaken consoles for software sales, they are already the minority player. DX12 is where the money is at.

$40 a month for Vue is more than I currently pay for my cable package, including tax. I pay $37CAD taxes in. Sony needs to drop the price of this service if they want it to be successful.

In the US, VUE is the best deal in tv by far. I pay well over $100 for cable tv, around $140..
