Pence doesn't have a snowball's chance in Hell, if Trump did step aside (I hope he does, he's an egomaniac) the GOP would run someone most of the country has heard of at least.
I had never heard of Pence until he was nominated, and that would be a problem for Pence. No one knows who he is.
