Republican Congress makes Trump the most lame duck President in history

What I don't understand is how Trump could table legislation that insures *less* people for the same amount of money. He sounds like a real piece of work to me. His own party can't even work with him. I would love to hear someone say "you're fired" to him. It would just sound so good. Unfortunately it can never happen. I suppose getting impeached would essentially be him getting fired. We will see.
