This is how you purge Rollo:
1. Whack him a few times like this:
2. Have him abducted by aliens.
3. Disable his elaborate troll proof VPN network.
4. Do a victory dance.
Actually Rollo has been somewhat ok lately. Not too far off his rocker. I don't mind him if he can remain relatively peaceful. The problem is that these peaceful times are few and far between.
