Well, whites don't. When employers want to encourage anybody to work for them, they encourage anybody and everybody except for whites, heterosexuals, intersexuals (those who were born hermaphrodites), and asexuals. As I've posted earlier, a white person getting killed by a cop generates no outrage, and whites are more likely to be killed by cops than blacks after adjusting for crime rates.
On top of all of that, there's this most recent outrage. The statistics don't lie: 40 attempts to get the poem published failed when he used a white name, but the poem was published with an Asian name in 10 attempts: https://books.google.com/books?id=ZmF5Cg...es&f=false
