I need help calibrating my TV

Hey do any of you guys have any experience calibrating a TV? My TV has oversaturated blues. I have figured out how to get into the service menu. It has R/G/B gain and offset. I'm guessing I need to reduce the blue gain? Do I just eyeball it? Is there some kind of scientific way of tweaking the color so it's perfect? If any of you have experience with this I would really appreciate it.
