Immigration isn't actually covered under the First Amendment, and I don't see Hillary getting the nomination. The establishment clause of the First Amendment was meant to prevent establishment of officially or unofficially sanctioned religions, and I don't think Trump is thinking about deportation or internment of Muslims–yet.
