Legal Scholar Proposes Further Limits To Freedom of Speech

Wow, this quote requires multiple uses of the Tom Cruise gif.

Quote:The article that sourced Wikipedia. I read the article, it's poorly written, terribly researched, embarrassingly sourced and factually inaccurate. I wouldn't even grade this as a paper, I'd tell the student to start over and pull his head out of his half witted ass.
That's just your shitty opinion.

Quote:If you ever learn how to read something real outside of fucking Salon and Wikipedia, look into the implications the 13th had on our governmental structure and how it fundamentally altered the 10th amendments' ability to keep the Union as a loose collection of states and turned it into the more modern republic based governance that we evolved into. For the record- I never stated that the 13th repealed a prior amendment, I figured anyone with an IQ over 80 would have been able to figure that out, I keep aiming outside of your comprehension range, my apologies. The point was that the constitution could be changed in fundamental ways- the 21st just repealed the 18th. The First is kind of a big fucking deal, that's why it was the First. When talking about modifying *THE* core of what this nation was founded on, bringing up a few year idiot bubble doesn't have quite the same impact as ending slavery *WHILE* restructuring power.

An amendment to the Constitution got obliterated by another amendment, and you don't consider that a fundamental change?!

Quote:Only certain sectors of it. Social Justice Warriors have been waging a war on line for a couple of years now trying to stamp out free speech, and they fancy themselves as left wing.
More like the vast majority of the left.

Quote:Koresh and 50 people is just like the millions those marshalls will be squaring off against? I'll tell you from first hand experience a *large* percentage of the military would be on the people's side fighting against another one of your tyrannical schemes Smile

The federal government was able to deploy 4 M728 CEVs, 10 M2 Bradleys, and 2 fucking M1 Abrams MBTs for Waco. That was just an infinitesimal fraction of the military's firepower. If those police departments do decide to wage insurrection, they'll get even more. The military is amoral and apolitical. They will do what they are told: it's what they're trained to do. Especially if the First Amendment is wiped out by a perfectly legal process of repealing.

Quote:The Civil War was won by the aggressor- and that was the only one that qualifies out of your list.

Who fucking fired on Fort Sumter, knowing that there would be no resistance if the incoming resupply barges were not fired upon?
