Epic fail, no analysis, just unthinking "Nukes bad, small nukes with way less fallout are no better!" Doesn't notice that nuclear armed cruise missiles existed in the past. Fails to notice that the bomb in question is the latest version of a bomb that was first deployed in 1963. Fails to notice that tactical nukes have always existed. Fails to notice that smaller nukes are part of a trend towards smaller, precision-guided weapons.
