It's just that you're a grown man and you're buying a console that most teenagers are into when your son already has one. I find that strange, no offense. It's your money. I just know that I would much rather put $300 into my computer or buy $300 worth of PC games. I just played some Rocket League with my son, it was lots of fun. It's the best $10 I have spent on a game in a long time. IMO you should work on setting up your computer as an HTPC as I have done, and then forget about all these consoles. I don't know why you're wasting your time. Is there a particular game that you want for the Xbox?
I bought a 980Ti and a 4K GSync monitor last summer. I think it looks great, but I felt like trying something different.
Will likely play some Sunset Overdrive, Halo 5, and Gears of War Xbone Edition. Maybe some Titanfall, I used to like the MechWarrior games and it looks like a distant cousin. I like shooters, but not war/army games.
Maybe I'll play the new Doom on the XBone.
