That kind of stuff is completely legal in DC now. Saw a group of young adults sharing a joint in a public park, in front of everybody, right where all the kids were running around thru water fountains :::: lemme find a pic:

I mean, literally about 15 feet away from those kids, on park grass. We could all smell it and see them partaking.
Crazy, isn't it? I'm personally not doing it as a family guy. Still not legal in Maryland anyways, I think.
