This could be a direct way to compete with Sprint&#8217;s Galaxy Nexus offering that is coming shortly.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe if the phone was at this price from the\u00a0beginning,\u00a0it would have sold more. I have always\u00a0believed that\u00a0Google made a major mistake with the Nexus on Verizon. The Nexus is supposed to\u00a0include updates as soon as they occur from Google itself, if not shortly after.<\/p>\n<p>Google has been heard to say they will not support this device as they have\u00a0in\u00a0the past due in major part to Verizon&#8217;s handling of the phone.\u00a0Since\u00a0launch,\u00a0it&#8217;s been\u00a0plagued\u00a0with 4g LTE\/3g handshake problems, among others. We hope that\u00a0Sprint&#8217;s\u00a0offering can\u00a0give a true Nexus experience to challenge the iPhone 4s.<\/p>\n<p>The Droid RAZR line its reaching the end of its road map and this price drop could mean new\u00a0hardware\u00a0is just around the corner. A\u00a0RAZR\u00a0HD has been rumored, but we have yet to see concrete details.
