PC Gamers may not be familiar with the Burnout series of games. Burnout series is a series of high-speed racing games where the objective is to drive faster than you can see.\u00a0 This game is really fast, with the sense of high speed being perfectly preserved. The Burnout game was released on the PS2 in 2001. Since then the series has moved on to PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, Xbox, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo GameCube game consoles<\/span>. The game series is developed by Criterion Games and was originally published by Acclaim and now by EA Games<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The Burnout Paradise <\/em>demo for PC was made available yesterday and it is less of a demo and more of a trial version; the 2.92 GB download actually contains the complete game, allowing players to check out a few cars and the racer’s entire open-world setting, complete with the option to upgrade to the full version.<\/p>\n

Now we have to say that this is one quality way to sell a game. More companies should do this kind of promotion which may actually help boost their sales and thwart the pirates.<\/p>\n
