Every part of the mouse is a clean piece that meshes together perfectly.

One of the best parts of Level 10 M is the honeycomb-like hole, and the pulsing Tt eSports logo below it. The main purpose is to allow airflow into your palm and keep you cool.

The bright logo below it makes the mouse feel powerful, and the 7 different color options means you can make it your own.

The wheel and a left side square are also customizable with the different colors.

If we were to pit it against other high end mice it would stand out every time. Thermaltake and DesignworksUSA created an almost perfectly designed mouse. They match it with performance- and price.

The price for Level 10 M is currently $94.83 on Amazon, but we have seen it as low as $79.99 during special sales. For that price, durability is expected if Level 10 is truly meant for gamers.

We have used Level 10 as our daily mouse for close to a month now, and we love it. It is ultra-responsive and easy to use.

While it may be heavy to some at 6.5 ounces, it quickly became one of our favorites.

After this month passed, we ran into a problem.

Unfortunately we experienced a squeak when using the scroll wheel. The squeak continued for about two days, and then it was gone.

There are a total of 2 buttons with assignable features on each side. The side buttons have default values that we will cover in the software section. On the left is A, B and the right has C, D.

The left side also has a 4-way (up/down or forward/back) “Z” button. Back and forward controls the DPI levels by default. Up and down changes the current profile.

The buttons have a nice feel to them and are easy to find. Manufacturers seem to forget left-handed people when placing buttons. The Z button would require a highly flexible pinky for a lefty.

We never had an accidental button push due to normal hand placement and movement, but the buttons are very sensitive and we can see where some might accidentally press a button by mistake.

All buttons have the option to be switched off using the included software. Some might want them off and some might love them. Either way, they are programmable to almost any command.

The USB cable extends into a stable hook directly in front of the mouse. The 1.8m braided cable is more than enough length for a gaming setup.

The braided cable is flexible enough to maneuver around your maze of wires and allow comfortable movement while maintaining durability.

The cable ends in a gold plated USB surrounded by a nice Tt logo and protective cap.

A mouse’s polling rate is used to determine how often the mouse sends information to your PC. Cheaper mice have low polling rates. Thermaltake made sure the power behind Level 10 M was seen on screen.

Level 10 M has a maximum polling rate of 1000Hz. This means that any movement in level 10 can be seen on screen about 1 millisecond later. Mouse lag is basically null with the added 8200 maximum DPI of Level 10 M.

We are moving along to software on the next page.

Level 10 M Software

Software is located on the included CD and is easy to install. Perfect for gaming, but not casual use.

A favorite part of ours was the easy to use Z button that allowed switching between DPI levels quickly. Switching between ultra-precise movement or normal 800DPI movement was a breeze. Switching between preset colors and other options with profiles using the Z button was just as easy.

The design is very different and it showcases the innovative design teams of BMW and Tt.
