According to a report by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fudzilla.com\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=12677&amp;Itemid=34\" onclick=\"_gaq.push(['_trackEvent', 'outbound-article', 'http:\/\/www.fudzilla.com\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=12677&amp;Itemid=34', 'Fudzilla']);\" target=\"_blank\">Fudzilla<\/a> today, HD4890 is said to have more efficient shaders than RV770 chips. And this looks likely to be true from the reports by Hardware-infos. It is reported that in 3DMark Vantage the HD 4890 reached 10,996 points\u00a0 in performance mode.\u00a0The pure GPU score stood at 9801 points. While in 3DMark06 HD4890 reached a total score of 16,096 points at 6,155 (SM2.0) and 7,551 (SM3.0) Part points.\u00a0All results were calculated on a Core i7 920 (4x 2.66 GHz). When compared with their testing of HD4870 1GB on a Q9450 @ 3.6 Ghz, the HD4890 on a stock Core i7 @ 2.66Ghz scores 2200 points more than HD4870 on a overclocked Quad core Q9450 @ 3.6 Ghz.
