While many are still awaiting the release of Windows 7, it is clear that Microsoft is seeking a \u201ctalented SDE\/T Lead\u201d to work on 7\u2019s successor, Windows 8.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The job posting details the following:<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #99ccff;\">&#8220;For the upcoming version of Windows, new critical features are being worked on including cluster support and support for one way replication. The core engine is also being reworked to provide dramatic performance improvements.
