The unique feature on this card is that it uses 0.8ns memory chips, which Galaxy claims can be overclocked to 1300 MHz (2600 MHz DDR), from the stock speed&#160; of 1100 MHz (2200 MHz DDR). The card comes with 512 MB GDDR3 memory, with clock speeds which are the same as reference speeds: 738\/1836\/2200 MHz (core\/shader\/memory).
