According to plans GlobalFoundries plans to ramp up production of 32nm bulk process in the fourth quarter of this year with 32nm SOI (<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Silicon_on_insulator\" onclick=\"_gaq.push(['_trackEvent', 'outbound-article', 'http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Silicon_on_insulator', 'Silicon on Insulator']);\" target=\"_blank\">Silicon on Insulator<\/a>) following in first quarter of 2010.
