Make CPU cooler guide. Misguidedly opine that graphics cards that use open air coolers that are quieter and cooler than blower coolers are somehow "defective". Remain ignorant of the fact that ASUS has found that the optimal position for CPU CLCs is in the top as a intake, thus rendering your complaint pointless.
