Unbelievable. I thought I was using 381.89. I checked the Nvidia Control Panel, and discovered that my monitor was set back to 8 bpc, when I normally run it at 10 bpc. Checking the System Information from the Nvidia Control Panel toolbar confirmed my suspicions: Nvidia updated me to 382.05 without telling me. I have checked my browser download history and 382.05 isn't there. There is no reason that I would have deleted it from my browser download history. The C:/NVIDIA/Display Driver folder does not have 382.05, as it would have had I manually updated it. I do not have Geforce Experience installed.
