Frankly I don't think your ratings site knows what it is on about with the chroma content. The HDMI input will be emulating a DVI connection when the TV is set to PC mode. Digital RGB signal + h sync and v sync. No chroma needed or wanted.

No, you're not understanding. Most 4k TVs do not support 4:4:4 chroma. This can make a big difference for the clarity of the image and the text. This is a very important feature if you're planning to use a 4k TV for PC use. It's quite hard to find a decent 4k TV that supports 4:4:4 chroma. The manufacturers never list it in the specs and you're forced to read reviews or rely on anecdotal evidence.
