Skylake Launches Beginning of August

I wonder why it needs more voltage than Haswell on a smaller node. My 4690k does 4.2ghz on only 1.1v. I can do 4.3ghz on 1.15v. That's .1v less, quite a bit of voltage!

The Anandtech review is telling me that Skylake is actually a bit of a turkey if you're a serious gamer.
