Nah, it does overclock about 300MHz higher than Broadwell, which is great!!! Both my Ivy Bridge and Haswell (Devils Canyon) topped out at 4.5GHz for 100% stable 24/7 operation.
At long last, I'd be able to move past that, to 4.6-4.7GHz, for sure, along with a decent IPC increase.
