We can get into the margins of all of the medicinal corporations along with those producing health care products around the world and their financials and exactly how that impacts pricing globally while also observing where their actual margins are, and what those would need to be changed to if the US's market were to adopt regulations comparable to yours.

There are less workers and more unemployed (not shirkers) because the rich bastards deliberately exported all the manufacturing jobs to China, India, Bangladesh, Thailand, Mexico etc!
