The USA is nothing that special and only rose in power internationally because two world wars bankrupted Europe and Britain.

You owe most of your technologies to the scientists you took from nazi germany back in WW2.  Without them you wouldn't have a space program, nuclear program, modern health knowledge etc.

If you saw the USA's war production in both world wars, you'd shit yourself. All we owe to Nazi science is the space program and maybe air to air missiles.
