Need aged Twitter accounts for promo campaigns

I need some properly aged Twitter accounts for running promo campaigns. Building them from scratch would take forever and from what I've heard it's basically impossible to grow accounts organically these days anyway. Can I actually just buy ready-made accounts somewhere and how does the platform handle that sort of thing, do they crack down on it hard or what?
