AMD Value Platform Analysis Part 2: The Performance
Conclusion
I hope you liked all the extra features along with the regular staple diet of graphs. What we saw today is nothing short of extraordinary value. For $400, or even less if you migrate your old hardware, you get to play lots and lots of games on this PC with maximum details at 1280×1024 resolution and some of the older ones at probably higher resolution. This gives you more value than your current console when you consider the HTPC use, web browsing and all other capabilities you get with a PC. Although this PC would not play some of the latest games such as Crysis, STALKER:Clear Sky, World in Conflict, Lost Planet with absolutely maximum details with AA+AF – it will play a lot of other games that have been released on PC in its history.
