Apple Reveals Top Downloaded Apps and Games of 2013
Apple has released their list of Top Downloaded Apps and Games of 2013 for iPhone and iPad on Tuesday. The list has some notable titles from the past year. Vine, Snapchat, Instagram, and Candy Crush round out the top free apps. Minecraft – Pocket Edition, Afterlight, and Heads Up! round out the Top Paid for iPhone.
Apple has their favorites, this year they chose Duolingo as its top iPhone app of the year, with VSCO Cam and Endless Alphabet as runners-ups. The popular Ridiculous Fishing grabbed the Game of the Year award. Disney Animated was Apple’s App of the Year for the iPad, while Badland was Game of the Year for the iPad.
