Core 2 Duo E7200 vs E6300
SISOFTWARE SANDRA
SiSoftware Sandra (the System ANalyser, Diagnostic and Reporting Assistant) provides extensive system information and diagnostics and is an effective benchmark tool which I decided to include in this test suite.
It can be said that these benchmarks show dominance in favour of the E7200, which registered large margins of victory in three of the four tests, losing only the Floating Point benchmark by a measly 1.13%.
On a side note, Sandra was also able to give me the power draw of the CPUs. This is covered later.
