Galaxy unveils newly-designed GTS 250
Galaxy has recently unveiled a newly designed GTS 250 with a new custom cooler which is supposed to offer a 5 C thermal performance improvement over the reference cooler. The unique feature on this card is that it uses 0.8ns memory chips, which Galaxy claims can be overclocked to 1300 MHz (2600 MHz DDR), from the stock speed of 1100 MHz (2200 MHz DDR). The card comes with 512 MB GDDR3 memory, with clock speeds which are the same as reference speeds: 738/1836/2200 MHz (core/shader/memory). Price is unknown at this point.
