Games for Windows Live – Version 2.0 Released

Microsoft has released the new version of Games for Windows Live. Version 2.0 can be downloaded here. Games for Windows Live is like a PC version of Xbox Live.

Here is a brief description taken from the download page:

Setup package for Games for Windows – LIVE V2.0. This package installs the Games for Windows – LIVE Redistributable 2.00.0683.00 enabling the In-Game Games for Windows – LIVE experience as well as the Games for Windows – LIVE Live Client for Windows 2.00.0686.00 enabling the Games for Windows – LIVE Out of Game experience (including the Games for Windows – LIVE Marketplace).

Also, the system requirements are as follows:

• Supported Operating Systems: Windows Vista; Windows XP Service Pack 2
• Broadband connection to the Internet. Windows LIVE ID
