Intel’s Pentium E6500K Cracks 6GHz Mark!

Intel’s Pentium E6500K CPU has been making headlines recently. It has broken the 6GHz mark under LN2 and a core voltage of 1.8V. DFORDOG, overclocker from Expreview forum, reached 6.004 GHz (17.0 x 353.2 MHz) on this CPU with the FSB at 1412 MHz on Biostar TP45 HP motherboard using 2x 1 GB of GeIL DDR2 memory.
