Official Minimum Requirements for COD: Ghosts Revealed

Activision has released the official system requirements for the next installment in the Call of Duty franchise, Call of Duty: Ghosts:

Minimum System Requirements

-OS: Windows 7 64-Bit / Windows 8 64-Bit
-CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 2.66 GHZ / AMD Phenom X3 8750 2.4 GHZ or better
-RAM: 6 GB RAM
-HDD: 40 GB HD space
-Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 Ti / ATI Radeon HD 5870 or better
-Sound: 100% DirectX 9.0c compatible 16-bit sound card
-Internet: Broadband connection and service required for Multiplayer Connectivity. Internet connection required for activation.

Call of Duty: Ghosts isn’t a completely next-gen title as it is also launching on current console systems. The engine for previous COD titles was stripped to its core and re-built for Ghosts and will run at a steady 60fps on Xbox One and PS4. These specs indicate that anyone with a decent PC build will be able to enjoy the next title.  Now we just need the game!
