OPTICAL DRIVES
Since DVD drives have become popular, the market for CD drives has become virtually non-existent and as such, no CD drives will be recommended. Also, with IDE becoming a thing of the past, only SATA drives will be recommended.
Optical drives do not really have the depth of field as other components do. For that reason, I will just give you a single recommendation for each type.
