\"Untitled-1\"<\/a><\/strong>Starting today, gamers who purchase select Nvidia GeForce<\/strong> GTX\u00ae TITAN, 780 Ti, 780, and 770 desktop GPUs will receive a free copy of Borderlands<\/em>:<\/em> The Pre-Sequel.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em> It’s the highly anticipated new chapter to the Borderlands<\/em> franchise from 2K and Gearbox Software.<\/p>\n

\"Untitled-3\"Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel,\u00a0<\/em>like the other Borderlands games, combines FPS gameplay with RPG leveling-up mechanics as well as collaborative multiplayer.\u00a0 It will focus on four familiar playable protagonists that are working as henchmen for Handsome Jack. The plot will follow Handsome Jack’s descent into villainy as he becomes the antagonist of Borderlands 2<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The game introduces new gameplay mechanics, including anti-gravity, freeze weapons, and more.\u00a0 And with Nvidia’s PhysX technology, players will use new ice and laser weapons to experience destructible levels of mayhem.<\/p>\n

Although not yet rated by the ESRB, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel<\/em> will be available on October 14, 2014<\/span> in North America and on October 17, 2014<\/span> internationally.<\/p>\n
